Dear Members of CGIOWA as Compliance requirements for (RWA) Society as per the Act, Rules, and Bye- Laws under The Societies Registration Act, 1860, and "The Tamil Nadu Societies Registration Act, 1975" read with rules "The Tamil Nadu Societies Registration Rules, 1978", and Submission / procedure complied for formation, declarations, periodical compliances to the Registrar of Societies.

Casagrand Irene Owners Welfare Association (CGIOWA) registered as a Residential Welfare Society Vide. No: 524/2019 on 14/Nov/2019 under Tamil Nadu Societies Registration ACT, 1975 with 295 members.

It is required as per the Law that all the members renew their membership annually in FORM NO.VI, (See Rule 16 of the Tamil Nadu Societies Registration Rules 1978) and the same submitted to the Registrar of Societies and Register of Members maintained under sub- section (1) of Section 14 of the Tamil Nadu Societies Registration Act, 1975.
